Ordering is easy at the Ink and Toner Shop. There are 6 options to choose from:

Pay online using credit or debit card

When you're ready to checkout simply choose the option to pay by credit or debit card. Fill in your identification, address details and card details in the safety of our 100% guaranteed secure site then you will be taken back to a normal screen. Soon after you have made your purchase, you will receive our emailed invoice and confirmation of the sale.

Pay by telephone using your credit or debit card

Simply telephone your order and card details. All details are destroyed immediately after the transaction is carried out so you will need to phone your details each time you purchase from us.

Google Checkout explained       

When you've finished shopping and are ready to pay, click on the Google Checkout button.

  • Sign in to Google Checkout - Sign in with your Google Checkout username and password. If you don't already have a Google Checkout account, you can create one. This will be the only time you need to enter your details.
  • Buy - Confirm your delivery and payment information with a simple click on the "Place your order now" button, you can also decide at this point whether or not you want to receive promotional emails from this store.
  • Receive confirmation - Once you've completed your order you can continue shopping. You can track the progress of your order in your Google Checkout account.

PayOffline Explained       

Order your ink from us and pay for it using cash or debit card at your local Post Office or retailer. It’s that easy. With this method of purchase, no online payment is required. You can now pay over the counter at your local Post Office or at any one of 17,000 other retail outlets for your ink and toner supplies. Just take your printed invoice to any retailer in your local High Street who displays the payzone sign.

Within seven easy steps your online purchase(s) will be completed over the counter.
  1. Once you have added your online shopping to the basket, click the checkout button.
  2. Fill in your customer address details for delivery and then choose PayOffline as your choice of payment.
  3. Click to confirm your order.
  4. Choose an option at the bottom of the page to print out the PayOffline invoice with a unique barcode.
  5. Present the A4 printout at any Payzone outlet before the displayed expiry date.
  6. Pay the amount indicated on your invoice with cash or debit card and collect your receipt.
  7. Your goods will be dispatched by us as soon as we are notified by PayOffline that your payment has been made. This usually takes 24 hours.

Question. I don’t have a printer to use as it has run out of ink completely! Can I still pay PayOffline?

Answer. Yes, if you don’t have a printer to use, just make a note of the barcode number and the amount payable that appears on your screen and ask the retailer to key this in manually instead of scanning the barcode.


Payment By Cheque

At the checkout choose the 'Pay by Cheque' option or tell us over the phone when you place the order. Cheques should be made payable to The Ink And Toner Shop. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared.

Invoiced payment

Should you wish to be invoiced for your purchase, please telephone 01234 713137 or email sales@theinkandtonershop.co.uk. Subject to approval, a 14 day account will be set up for you.

If you are a buyer for an educational institution, NHS, government organisation or are an established customer we are happy to accept your order and an account can quickly and easily be set-up.

When your new account has been set up you will be notified and can shop with us at any time. Just email, telephone, fax or post your order describing the goods you require from the website. Remember to include a purchase order number if your company requires it.

An invoice will be sent to you with every order. We rely on you paying your invoice within 14 days as this helps to keep our prices low.
