FREE DELIVERY (U.K. Only) INK Orders for ink placed before 3.00pm (Monday-Friday) are, if in stock, dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class and are subject to their delivery times. Larger orders will be sent by courier and will arrive the next day. Friday's orders sent by courier will arrive on Monday. We deliver local orders ourselves and these can often be sent out the same day. TONERS Toners orders, if in stock, are dispatched by courier and will arrive next day, so there is no need to select priority shipping. Toner orders taken before 3.00pm on Friday will arrive on Monday. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. You will be notified if there if there is an anticipated delay of more than 3 working days, which occasionally happens. If the delay is not acceptable a refund will be given. GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY Orders will generally arrive the next day, but if it is essential please contact us prior to ordering to arrange express delivery. OVERSEAS ORDERS Please contact us for a price on shipping before purchasing, this includes Southern Ireland. Q. What happens if my order does not arrive when it should? A. If you have not been notified of a delay then please wait 5 working days before contacting our helpdesk. Mistakes with the courier/post do happen on rare occasions and we will endeavour to sort out the issue or resend the order immediately. If your order is urgent and you need immediate assistance then please do not hesitate to call earlier. I like the idea of buying my ink online but I am at work all week and I am not there to receive the parcel. What can I do? A. We can have your order delivered to your place of work if this will help. Local deliveries can be made at a time that is convenient to you just let us know.
